This is amazing. You created something which looks entirely different from the original. Your creation looks indeed like a flower. I wouldn't know that this is a screen without your comments. The colors are superb. The dark background emphasizes the flower perfectly. The flower is well placed within the frame. The mixed media is well composed. The composition is balanced.

Wow! Your screen door has a lot more hidden creativity than mines does! Very clever and pleasing. A solid center (maybe purple) would give the blossom more "pop" to me.

I love the colors in the feathery petals of this flower too, it's such an interesting lacy pattern in the six petals that surround the golden center, the center is a flower all on its own . I think that it was a perfect choice to present this against the black background, it really makes a statement ! Very well created, arranged and presented!
