What a beautiful and dramatic sky! The setting sun is giving a wonderful glow to the clouds as well as sending the rays of light upward as it descends , there is a nice sense of motion here. I love the deep blue tones in the sky which makes a perfect canvas for the clouds , the rays and the feeling of motion.
I like the land below in silhouette giving perspective to the scene while drawing the eye upward on to this beautiful sky. This is of course , well focused, this image is clear, exposure is correct, the colors and tones appear natural. Well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!

This sky just looks fantastic, and I especially like how well you have captured the distinct rays from the sun hidden behind a dark cloud. I also like all lovely hues of blue, and the silver linings around the clouds.
The silhouetted landscape is standing out sharp and well defined against the sky, and the exposure is spot on.
The format and framing is perfect, and I think it is a fine balance in the composition. I think this is a beautiful and well taken photo Steve, and with an excellent DOF. I wish you luck with the contest.

Aw thanks my BFF. The thing that got me is that all of this unfolded in total silence. I felt it was a Sacred Silence. Something about the rays growing in total silence really touched me in a way that I cannot describe. Thanks again BFF ~ BFF
