I like the snow on the tree branch here, he looks like she is mesmerized by the sun, it is a well placed photo, you captured her eye well, your background is nice and does not distract, great little bird, I have these here in Ottawa Valley as well, yes they are messy little birds at the feeder

Quite a swett shot of this bird Pat and the dof has made it stand out more,guess a long lens was used for this as it compresses the background much more,the color of the background blends in a tad bit to much,but still a good one..Brian

A very nice looking little bird. They are around here in the winter but I haven't seen one in about a month. I guess they are all visiting you. A nice profile with great "spotlight" lighting.
