This is an excellent geometrics and scenic photograph that you have produced. Your seemingly never ending view of this bridge invites a person to take an adventurous long walk or bicycle ride to discover/reach the end of the bridge. The construction of the bridge housing interlocking triangle shapes makes for a perfect addition to a Picture Book About Shapes- showcasing Triangles.

Love the diminishing perspective you have achieved. The geometric shapes within the bridge are interesting and the way you have framed it with the front section is excellent.

I love the the way this has been build. I would love to be able to use it to ask some of my pupils to find shapes. I might even try to draw it for use in Maths lessons, if I have your permission. We had a little snow at Christmas and for a few days, but nothing like this. Love that blamange sky!

    thank you, yes, it is here. Isn't technology amazing. I am in my bed here in UK at 7.16 am and have just received a photo from Alaska. Mind blowing! Thank you so much. I will tell my young pupils where it has come from!

I like the interesting angles this bridge has and the view all the way across. The weather is quite cold and not use to it being light at around 8PM. It is a beautiful sunset you captured along with your clear picture of the knik river bridge. Wishing you warmer weather to head your way soon!

A very nice view. The superstructure of the bridge is fantastic and the icy look of the trees is beautiful. A great composition with excellent colors.

Pat,
A beautiful picture of the diminishing lines of the Knik River Bridge as the sun was setting colouring the sky along the horizon with a golden glow with the trees along the horizon in silhouette against it. The bridge's end draws my eye into the heart of the picture while the footprints in the snow lead the way. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

This is a cool shot! It looks like it could be from a movie! I love the dimension of the railing. It looks like it goes into a doorway. The sky cannot be left out though, gorgeous colors and trees.

a perfect symetric capture Pat of this very long old bridge leading to a black hole in the far background taken shortly after the sunset as inferred from the yellow glow at the horizon;
