This is SO cool! It has so much detail! The pollen is so clear, I can see every grain of it! I have never seen a flower or flower picture this close up before! AMAZING!!!!!

when I was a girl at my Church school, in biology we used to have to draw the insides of flowers in biology. How much more beautiful is the real flower. Often referred to as "white-robed apostles of hope," their color symbolizes the purity of Christ, who was free from sin. ... The trumpet shape of the Easter lily represents a trumpet sounding the message that Jesus has risen, and the nature in which lilies grow is symbolic of the resurrection as well.

Pat,a very beautiful picture of you pearl white Easter Lily's heart with thr pale coloured pistil surrounded by the stamens laden with golden pollen some of which can be seen on the petals. The light from behind glowing softly through the petals. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Your macro is perfect focused and exposed and has good depth. The white balance is flawless. The shade of yellow at the center is superb. The tall format is sufficient. The macro is expertly composed and framed. The composition is balanced.
