Exactly as your title, serene blues. The pebbles and stick in the foreground give it a realistic factual feel. The lake is two million years old and radio-carbon dating recently revealed that a human mummy nicknamed "Spirit Cave Man" is more than 9,500 years old (three times the age of the King Tut mummy in Egypt). Similarly, petroglyphs in the area have been dated to 14,800 years-making them by far the oldest petroglyphs yet to be discovered in North America. This means humans have inhabited the wider Tahoe Region since the end of the last Ice Age, and now East Indians live there too!

This is such a calm and peaceful scene, your title is perfect , you have photographed it well with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is correct, the colors and tones appear natural.

A beautiful view over lake Tahoe, the clear blue sky reflected along with the mountains on the far shore on it's glistening surface, the nine Ducks swimming in the lake are adding interest to the lake. In the foreground it's possible to view the lake bed through its clear water. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.
