A wonderful sunset scene. Can just imagine sitting on deck with a sundowner watching the sun disappear. Really good position and scene construction for the take. Good lighting and capture of natural colours. I like th3 central focal point of dun and boats leading the eye through. Excellent take on clouds and wayer reflection of them.

Well nice sunset Steve, when taking sunsets always good to include different scenery, and think you did think about this one because even the ropes make for an attractive piece in this plus the boats, well taken photo...Brian

Capitan Steve,
You've captured and perfected one more sunset shot. And it's much more than a dead flat image. It is a part of soul. Perfectly balance mind and spirit. Sometimes words cannot express the feelings. It applies to this one. Technically, it's a perfect one in every direction, including the composition and depth and colors and sharpness and clarity and contrast and.... so on. ð??? standing and clapping!

Thank you so much my friend. You always give such artistically insightful reviews. I always have a hard time describing the scenes I see. I am just fortunate that my mind sees those things that my eyes cannot see. I am back in the US right now and will be here until the first of June. I need to get my Covid shots (just got the first one yesterday). Then returning to Ajijic, Mexico and will stay there until September. Then return to US.
Hope all is going well. Study hard and keep painting. I am very proud of you Lucas ~ Captain Steve

This is an intriguing capture. I like how you framed the silhouettes of the two boats with the silhouettes of the ropes and the posts.
Your photo has good depth and is excellent focused, composed and treated with mixed media. I enjoy the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail. The seascape is perfect composed and framed. The centered placement of the sun warrants good balance. The panorama format emphasizes the boats. The seascape is excellent composed and framed.

A good looking image posted here! Your fine and classical composition offers us an enjoyable view of the developing dusk before you. Like the framing of the boats by the ropes. Colours and tones are good. Nicely done!
