An interesting picture of the P&O Ferry Port in Dublin with the freight containers lined up along the Quay beside the Ferry tided up alongside. Under a cloudy sky with low flying rain clouds overhead. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

I really like this. As usual with you, it is striking even though sort of commonplace. I wonder if I could have your permissions to do a copy drawing of the front of the boat. Boats often come into my paintings and do you know, though I always travelled by ferry, I never really looked at them well!

This is a photo with a strong visual impact because of all the colors, I also like this photo because of all the fine lines and shapes created by the containers in the foreground. The sky looks great, and the smoke from a chimney adds interest.
The photo is very sharp showing clear and well defined details all the way through. The colors are crisp and clear, and the exposure is perfect.
The format and framing is very good, and I like the perspective you used when the photo was taken. I think this is a great looking and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.

So well composed. My eye was immediately drawn to the red lifeboats, then the row of colorful containers, then the smokestack upper left. My eyes scanned this photo in a clockwise manner starting from the lifeboats. There is motion to this photo although it is static. I am fascinated by my reaction. Love it.

I find this a really intriguing scene. All those colorful containers, the ship, the smoke stack and smoke rising...the clouds.
