Barbara,
A beautiful picture of this Redwing Blackbird perched above you on a sloping branch, his head turned to get a better view of you while the light catches the sparkle in his eye & the gleam on his glossy black plumage including his red & yellow epaulets. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

What a lovely bird the splash of color makes it very different to our blackbirds. Great composition and the colors appear natural. Focus is sharp on the eye.

Very well taken photo of this male redwing, excellent focus and exposure, sharp crisp eye. Colors are beautiful, and the non distracting background really sets him off.

Look how handsome he is! I love how he is practically the only thing I see. Obviously this beautiful shot wouldn't be complete without the branch, which allowed him to show you his best side. The focus and clarity are wonderful. Great job!

Great photograph of this Red winked a blackbird posing for you so nicely on the branch and so nicely presented with the beautiful, nicely disused background.

oh he came for his glamor shot to present it for a job in the movie "Birds Gone Wild!" lololol..just teasing. cool capture. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this handsome bird on the branch is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

A beautiful shot. I like the way he is isolated on that one branch in front of that beautiful soft background. I like the front profile pose that shows off his wing colors. Well defined black on black eye and excellent cropping.

That's an Outstanding photograph of this beautiful little bird,Barbara!
Along with Crows,Ravens,Vultures, and Grackles Red Winged Blackbirds ( at least the colorful males of the species! ) are my favorite type of Avian creatures and I think this photographic presentation ranks as the very best picture of one that I've ever beheld here at FAR!

That's so pretty! I love how the bird is in focus and the background is faded! It's in good focus with good lighting that makes the bird's feathers shine! GREAT job!

A good looking image posted here! Neither heard of, nor seen one of these before!! Your fine and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of that handsome bird before you. Like those coloured patches and his shiny black feathers.
Exposure and sharpness are fine. Well taken!
