We used to have a MANPAD ( 'man portable' ) air defense rocket launcher way back in the day when I was in the Army whose NATO code name was 'Red Eye'!
That 'Fun Fact' really doesn't have anything to do with your colorful creation here but the picture brought that memory to mind so 'there ya' go'!
