What gave you the idea for this particular painting? I thought it was a photo at first..it's really remarkable that you painted this.I like how you added the shadow of the bowl along with the bottom apple to give it that realistic effect..pretty cool..color saturation is fantastic..very beautiful work of art

This is a lovely still life of a bowlful of apples. Very authentic and realistic down to a bruise on one of the apples. The composition is pleasing and nicely balanced. Very nice work.

Those apples look delicious. I almost smell them. I want to grip one from the screen. I am impressed by the realism of your painting and the accurateness of your brush strokes. The highlights are excellent set. The shading is perfect. Your paintings remind of the chiaroscuro style. The tight framing is sufficient. The painting is well composed. The composition is balanced.

I thought this was a photo when I first looked at it. When I read it was a painting, it earned my last 6. It looks so lifelike. I love the bright red of the apples against the black background. I can tell exactly where the light source is coming from. Great choice of the white bowl and the color of the table it all sits on. You are very talented.

The white vessel that they are in adds to the beauty of apple
highlights. Nice black ground and the foreground of brown tones.
