A very nice shot. All the large birds in my area tend to gravitate to the water so it is refreshing to see this stork in such arid conditions. Great detail in the plumage and fine colors.

It's a very interesting and unique Bird to gaze upon..i like the lighting that was captured but perhaps enlarging the stork a bit more..his head kinda blends in with the background and it's hard to see what's branches and what's beak..I think enlarging the main focal point will allow for a better view of this creature..don't get me wrong, you caught a glimpse of nature's beauty, and froze that beauty in an instant..your vision, passion, creativity and technique is allowing others now to see what you saw..a remarkable memory to have forever..nice work

Ooo baby check out dem legs! Lol. If guys heard me say that they would turn thier heads and look. Of course they would look back at me like i was crazy since i was talking about a long legged bird..lol. Cool capture. The clarity is great. The capture of the light is great. The angle of the shot of this long legged bird is great. The image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

Clever angled capture. Yes it reminds me of a Stork except for that large bill. Good focus HiFi g much detail and colour to see. Habitat surroundings are a good idea although they clash a little with your subjectthe do give the idea if where they are. Balanced and I twresting so see and read your notes

Fred,
A beautiful & interesting picture of the Marabou Stork during the dry season the leafless trees with their leaves lying on the ground beneath them. The Stork holding what looks like a pair of cotton trousers by the waist-band in the tip of it's long beak. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting that highlights it's outline & plumage from the background. Taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine and central composition offers us an enjoyable view of the stork before you. A strange looking bird indeed! Like the long beak and spindly legs. Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely taken!

while this picture is very close up and detailed, the head and legs are a bit blurry. other than that, it is an absolutely perfect photo, and the only reason they're blurry is because of the lack of contrast between background and main subject. i can't believe you came this close to such a beautiful creature
