The high key approach and the conversation to black and white intensifies the feel to look at a mythical being on a cloud. Your photo is excellent focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. I enjoy the softness of light and the refinement of detail. The portrait is well composed. The girl is placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.
