This is a beautiful portrait of the iris Pat. I might have increased the exposure a little bit to brighten it up, but otherwise you've got a first rate shot with sharp focus, good placement of focal point, and great color.

A unusual and clever shot. The angle, leaves, stem and flower are very crisp and in good focus. The colours of them look natural yet vivid and eye catching... the subdued background is an excellent foil.

This Iris is beautiful. The tipped opposition is charming. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I enjoy the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail. The diagonal placement of the stem pleases the equilibrium of the viewers.
The Iris is prefect placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.
