I love to watch the sky when a storm is coming or when it's raining , you have captured this well Chris, it shows the rain clouds and how they stand out from the silvery white ones.
It's a beautiful scene over the city and the water.
Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors and tones appear natural. Well composed and presented!

Don't complain about a little rain. I was without electricity for 4 days because tornado tore up everything all around me. I am happy my house was not substantially damaged. A great shot from your balcony. I like the composition that shows off the great storm clouds.
