I really don't like flies, but I love the way you have portrayed this one. Your color choice is excellent. The delicate look of the wings with the pink color showing through is a very nice touch. There is great detail in the fly's legs as well. Very well done.

Interesting digital painting, here. The use of several tools creates a nice composition of intrigue for a painting of a nasty irritating insect.
The back against the green is a good choice for presentation.

This is quite interesting. Thank you for your information about flies. I did not know there were so many species. Their maneuverabilty drives my husband crazy when he is trying to kill one in the house! Now I know how they get away. Great job, good detail. Reminds me of a print a friend once had that I loved called "Fly on the Wall".
