Marvellously crafted piece of artwork. I love the miniature details you succeeded in attending to like even the protruding thorn like hair on the fly legs. Incredible!! I love the overall composition and the use of colours in the background to allow this fly to stand out. Kudos

Beautiful colors and a really nice digital drawing of the fly. Love the lavenders in the wings and the hairiness of the legs. So detailed. Love the textured colors in the foreground floor and background. More like a painting by hand.

This fly looks so real, and I especially like how well you have done its transparent wings. I also like the textured background with the different shades of green, and the touch of pink behind the fly.
The fly is painted with good attention to the smallest details, and with delicate brush work. Very good use of high lights.
The format and framing is perfect, and the fly has got a fine placement on the canvas. A truly lovely and well done digital painting Cleo.

There's one of Evolution's 'tiny mysteries',I guess!
But I'm starting to babble on now aren't I ?

I like the way you have placed the fly upon the green leaf, the background tones suggest that there are pink flowers nearby, it was very clever to position the fly so that it's wings are in front of the pink, it works so well to show the detail in the wings.
This is very well arranged and presented! Your notes are informative and appreciated too!
