Love the info and colors of blue in the body and touch unpon the forehead. Really good background too. Would make a nice, not too difficult, painting. Glad that it is a relative of the Blue Jay but calm and trusting.

Beautiful close-up, Pat. Perfect focus on that eye and excellent detail too. Really off all the nuances of the grey and blue feathers. Also, enjoyed the notes since I was not familiar with this one.

Wow! He is posing perfectly for you Pat! I have never seen one of these birds before. It's easy to see he is the cousin of a blue Jay. I'm glad to hear he is friendlier as well. Your focus on his eye is great! He looks so soft. Great blur in the background. Nice exposure, his colours look so natural. He fills the frame well too. A great capture overall!
