Very nice, flows together with ease. The black on the different shades of pink always works beautifully. Adding shading to the legs and the back of the wings would have added the depth and realism I'm looking for in this piece. It is a beautiful work! Congrats to you for creating a wonderful piece. -CJ

Love the colors in this!!! All so bright and saturated and the pastels in the back make it pop:) Very realistic, I mistook it for a photograph. Beautiful job and good luck:)

I really like the brightness of this painting, and also all the fine textures seen in the background. It is also a truly lovely color pallet you have used on the background, and the brown and black butterfly is standing out so well from it.
The butterfly is done paying such good attention to details, and with such smooth brush strokes. Good use of high lights as well.
The format and framing is perfect, and the butterfly has got a fine placement on the canvas. A truly lovely and well done digital painting Cleo.

The wings of this species are pigmented with melanistic colors, which gives the species its dull colored wings. :o)
