To be quite hones I think I would have jumped straight out of the water if I met a shark. LOL But this shark seems to be more interested in the small fish it was hunting, and it must have been great to be able to take a photo like this.
The shark was of course under water, so I will accept that it is not pin sharp, and the photo is showing clearly what was going on. The colors are truly lovely and the exposure is perfect.
The cropping is well done, and with the shark off to the right, it is a fine balance in the composition. A very special and well taken photo Fred.

What a fantastic opportunity and you were ready for it. Impressive capture of this massive school of fish parting like the Red Sea at the approach of this shark. Excellent composition with the shark off centered to show the size of the school of fish surrounding him as he passes through. A great image!

Wow, you really have the camera always with you even in the waters which is exceptional and this shot is outstanding as this fish has created such a clear oval color that is is very special to look at - being in this water to see an action is exceptional - fantastic position - great view point, perfect frame choice, super content - interesting initial impact, well reacted, well done
