Christmas already! Although I am ready at anytime for presents. My garden has many trees to put presents under it too.

Your cartoon is well composed and rendered. I enjoy the realism of the scene. I appreciate your attention to detail. The reflections from the fireplace are especially intriguing. Your clean and experienced Sharpie strokes are impressive. The colors are pleasant and realistic. The cartoon is well framed. The composition is balanced.

i had mine fooled till they went to school and got around other kids..then later i told them mom and dad is Santa Clause. of course they didnt argue on that one..lol. thanks for the great review cleo

Everything Christmas wrapped up in one of your original creations. Santa, tree, stockings, fireplace, and the kids. Plus the nice touch of Mom and Dad watching over from the framed picture. Perfection. Good luck in the contest.

Isn't it a bit early for Christmas Mar ? LOL There again I have actually already seen shops starting to sell Christmas stuff. This is a very sweet scene with the kids being very curious, but at the same time trying to be very quiet.
I especially like the perspective and the fine depth you have brought out by placing the children in the foreground. Then of course the colors are crisp and clear, and everything is drawn paying such a good attention to details.
The format and framing is perfect, and it is an excellent balance in the composition. I really like this picture, and it is so well done.
