I think they are quite pretty Fred, and especially the woman in green. Perhaps it is because the light is falling so lovely on her face. The background is just stunning with the shiny water and the trees in blossom, and the two ladies are standing out from it in an excellent way.
The photo is sharp and it is clear and well defined details to be seen all through the photo, and the exposure is very good.
I also like the format you have cropped the photo into, and also the placement of the ladies within the frame. A lovely and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.

A well composed image of the two beautiful ladies posing for you in front of the lake. The tea house in background looks slightly sloped to my eye? Colors of the traditional kimonos are very pretty, not often seen out and about when we were visiting our son and daughter-in-law.

You are right, they are always differently in their dressing style - great moment, as they allowed you to take their picture, fantastic initial impression as the 2 ladies are so close withthe background in nature in such a beautiful distance the the entire building is perfectly placed between their two hads - fantastic position and angle, excellent sharpness, wonderful content, well done
