Great find and fab timing to capture this cute squirrel.
I like his bushy tail and how he seems to be very aware of you and your camera.
Nice work Susan

Sandra,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on this little American Grey Squirrel on my deck, seconds before it ran off up onto the pergola & along the top of the Fuchsia bush. It was reacting to Jesse barking inside the patio door.

Nice capture of this Grey squirrel, he appears so alert and ready, they certainly are entertaining to watch.
He is well focused, this image is clear, exposure is well managed , colors and tones appear natural.
Well composed and presented!

A common creature in the woods that I frequently walk the two dogs in, although preferring the more rarer red squirrel here, but find the grey ones alot more approachable and friendly. You have captured this fella really well and structured him within the frame nicely with an effective lighting of his bushy tail.

Neil,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on this Grey Squirrel.
I too prefer the native Red Squirrel but round here the Grey is in the majority, it comes along the river bank from a. Park up the road...if I went up into the mountains it's possible I'd see the Red Squirrel. They are making a comeback since the Pinemarten has been reintroduced., They kill more Greys than Reds.
