    Sean,
    Thanks a million for your complementary review on this beautiful little Grey Wagtail on a rock in the shallows beneath the Dodder Weir. Yes I' m lucky to be able to photograph the birds in my garden & along the Dodder. But you have the tiny jewel like Hummingbirds that we don't have.

A beautiful bird and an equally beautiful image. I like the typical aquatic setting and the great color in the bird. A well composed image with excellent details.

What a lovely photo, love the wet rocks, he seems to like the stream and probably hunting for insects, great photo, so natural looking place, love his colours

Nice capture. The angle of the shot of this plump bird on the rock in water is great. The clarity is great. The capture of the light is great. The image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall.

Our Wagtails are predominantly black and white so nice to see a variation of the bird. Well composed image with good focus on the eye of the bird.

a very good close up of this grey wagtail resting in a rock in the Dodder river; the rock and surrounding water looks so dark, as if there was some oil leak from a tanker;

    Fred,
    Merci beaucoup mille fois for your complementary review on this Grey Wagtail, the river colour is dark because of the amount of peat brought down from it's source in the Dublin mountains.
