It's certainly an interesting place,isn't it?
It radiates a somewhat 'Unsettling' vibe but that might be just a 'personal thing'! ( I'm a Druid and things relating to christianity bother us! )
It's a 'Good Show' of a photographic presentation though,Jan!

Medieval buildings are always special and yes that is the style all over the world from that time - great idea to hold it in black and white so we are concentrated on the form and your angle and position is fantastic, putting usinto the hall way ourselves - great frame choice to add the left waling place showing the construct combination of that time - super clear and sharp, excellent contrast and special content , thanks for sharing.

The arches, to me, are so elegant and the depth has only accentuated their charm. The patterns due to light on the floor are another highlight. It should win the contest- my best wishes. A great looking image posted here into the competition! I went there as part of a school trip way back in the early 60's. Your fine, full and angular composition grants us an enjoyable view of some of the incredible curves inside the building. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Well done and good luck!
