A very detailed painting. I am not good with very many mediums other than acrylic paint, but the texture of the painting stands out. The painting was obviously made by someone who has painted for a long time.

What I like the best about this painting is the great purple colors of the flower, and that the same colors are mixed in with the greens of the background. I also like a lot the way you have used the light, and the textures seen in the background.
The busy bee looks really realistic, and is done paying a very good attention to details. With the good use of high lights, the wings have got a lovely shine.
The format and framing is perfect, and by the placement of the bee off to the right, it is a very good balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well done digital painting Cleo.

Wow, I am violating FAR rules and giving this 10 stars! Amazing composition and use of colors. The watercolor effect is perfect. I see you used Artrage. Would you recommend this? I have Procreate fir digital

I am very satisfied with ArtRage, although, I use just the painting features most the time. They have filters and other interesting features also. I am not sure but I think they have even a trial where you can try the program without pay. They also have versions for tablets and phones. :o)

I indeed select the colors an brush sizes. I also select the canvas structure. Then I paint moving my tools on a touch pad. Its a bit like finger painting, but more complicated. My paint program is Art Rage. :o)
