what a beautiful photo what I really like is the depth and perspective as well as lighting and I like how you have framed it in fine work here

Your fine focus and pleasing depth make this a wonderful composition. The hazy background lends such perfect highlight to the silhouetted figures walking in the distance and the muted foreground colors of sand and water are well captured. Good work!

nice capture. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this couple walking the beach is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

Okay the walkers are a bit far away in this and you could have waited until they were nearer, but it does give a sense of scale to the vastness of the beach, looks like the beach goes on for miles...Brian

Very many thanks for your nice review. This is not a beach, but a seabed!

your welcome, just assumed it was a beah as there are quite a few places in the uk that are beach when the tide goes out but not when it comes in

Great ground level landscape capture with a minimalistic approach. Love those lines. Picture is well balanced and nicely framed. The leading lines to the silhouetted people gives the picture a great depth. Great shot.

Nik,
A beautiful picture of the couple or Father & son & their dog in silhouette against the misty hills of Wales with two more silhouettes on the horizon are the Anthony Gormy's statues or another couple?
The pale sky reflected on the pools of water on the beach are an added bonus. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
Susan

Very many thanks for your kind review! They are not statues but real people out there.

Wow again, as this place is soooo empty, and you found a couple with a dog crossing the different water zones and that is outstanding
Excellent frame - perfect distance to show us this family making us think how they got so far without touching the water - supernatural in contrast - sharpness is perfect, and the initial impression is stunning again
Well see, great shot and perfect presentation

I didn't even roll further. This is gorgeous. Another one of your clever photographs. Have you ever thought of having an exhibition. When I was in London, I saw one by a Czech woman photographer of all dustbin places in England. It was very well attended. Yours are often so well positioned, I think they would also strike interest.

do you mind if I try a miniature sketch of the sea rolling out, Cleethorpes actually, but it is just like this there..

A very minimalist landscape/seascape you have presented Nik. The colors of the wet sand and the water pooling between makes and interesting scene with the people in distant background adding to the impact. Nicely done.

Nice, fully photography, not such a fan of the much brownish beiges, strips of water, distant horizon but you did photograph what you saw well.
