An excellent looking image posted here into the competition! Your very fine and classical composition offers us an enjoyable view of that beautiful bird and her location. Like its beak and feather detail. Colours, textures and tones are good. Exposure and sharpness are spot on! Great photo and good luck!

I do not think that I have ever seen a hummingbird perched let alone still enough for such a great capture! He is in perfect focus, framed well in the picture, the darkened background showcases this mini marvel! Great capture!

This one is a rather fierce-spirited specimen then,isn't it?
Your photograph of it perching on that chunk of dead branch is very enjoyable to look at!
I especially like the darkened background as it gives the scene a cool 'Mysterious' kind of a look!
