Well I think you hit the criteria of this competition. It surely has an added bonus if that's what is wanted ...an out of the normal expectancy given in so far as a natural building event. Your title is great. The take is good...nice angle and focus .. Colours are natural. A good entry.

I have to say this is a first for me. I never would even imagine there would be a satellite dish on top of castle ruins like this. I think this is a really unusual capture and a very good entry for the castle contest! Love the angle of shot! Good Luck in the Contest! :o) Helvi

This mixed media is stunning. A parabola antenna on top of a old castle is an unique invention. Your photo has good depth and is excellently focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. I appreciate the sharpness of detail and the realism of light and color. The castle is excellent placed within the frame. Its position at the diagonal pleases the equilibrium of the viewers. The mixed media is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

It is not much left of Corfe Castle, but it is still possible to enjoy its beauty. I especially like your point of view, and how it is standing out from the blue sky. I don't understand why anybody could even think about placing a parabolic at the top though. It should just have been forbidden.
The photo is sharp showing clear and well defined details in every part of the castle, and the exposure is spot on.
The format and framing is perfect, and with the Castle off to the left, it is a very good balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
