A beautiful shot. The lighting is fantastic and the beautiful colors really contrast nicely with that dark background. A great looking sunflower with excellent details. Best of luck in the contest.

Your close-up shot is intriguing. The sunflower seems to bow and her petals seem to sway in the wind. Your photo is perfect focused and exposed and treated with mixed media. I appreciate the sharpness of detail and the realism of light and color. The dark background emphasizes the flower. The mixed media is excellent composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

This is one of the finest Sunflower portraits I have seen in a long time. The colors are bold and bright with a great deal of detail. The swirling multiple intersecting Fibronacci spirals can befuddle the eye making this piece fun to look at. (I wonder if the Bee feels the same way?) The black background provides great impact and adds some air of mystery to the scene.
It would not be fair to you if I didn't mention this one point. I would have shown all of the large green leaf.
Overall this is well produced photo with a lot interest and with the addition of the livestock a portal for a good story

The black background is perfect and I like the way the flower comes forward from the darkness.
