Wow Pat this has an excitement about it .. your use of light to capture the colours has made it very dramatic with much trepidation to the viewer's imagination of what is about to happen. Great opportunity taken and sense of artistry.

I bet. When I first went to Portugal O had to live in a caravan and the 3nd night we had a storm... so loud.

What a wonderful photo. The lighting is absolutely perfect ! It looks like a painting. Love how the water, the side of the road and the road all curve together in different shades of blue and rust. The sky above is also layered in different colors. The whips of barren trees and rounded mountains hold it all together. Would hang that on my wall.

The cluster of trees which are downwardly gracing the bank, add a lovely silhouette against the background of foggy mountains. This is another paint-worthy image. ð???

Brrr! This makes you feel like you should put on a warmer coat! You can see that storm and rain coming. Well captured, great focus as always, and nice placement of road, sky and water. Great that you gave the sky and approaching storm the space they deserved for the feel of this!

This is incredibly beautiful! I love the darkness in this photo, yet the shubs show a nice, light color. I guess it is the play of light and dark that really captures the feel of the photo. I like the way you caught the pathway or road that leads the eye into the photo. Excellent!!!
