Your mixed media creation is unusual. It looks surreal due to the vivid rainbow colors of the leaf. The purple spine and the black holes are especial intriguing. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and treated with mixed media. I enjoy the sharpness of detail and textures. The mixed media is perfect composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

A good explanation so we understand this mixed media picture perfectly - a great angle and position to get our basic presentation is a wonderful angle and position, and it is outstanding as the middle piece is a FACE in such a wonderful way that I am asking myself if this was created or if it was in the natural picutre - such excellent shifts and changes with the mixed media application that the colors are really all standing out is perfection and an incredible combination

These colors are amazing and the color purple in the veins is so dramatic. Wonderful colors in nature piece for the contest. I do think it would be even greater if the holes were not present, especially the large ones.
