Fred,
A very beautiful stop action picture of the Grey Heron in flight over your lake on which the trees along the shores are reflected along with patches of pale sky above in the lake's glistening surface. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

I agree that the neck and head could be sharper but, naturally, you recognize this because you an expert photographer. Love the wide wing spread of the beautiful creature and the white spots from water moving, ripples nice too.

This is absolutely stunning as your position and distance is outstanding as it normally only can be seen from this position from another bird, but your presentation shows us that you are so special to take unusual pictures that you often make me even speechless
