This stop-in-action is perfect. The movement is evident in the position of the wings and the feet, The bird seems to claw at the ground for a save hold. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail. The photo is well composed. The bird is expertly placed at the left while looking to the right. The photo is expertly framed. The composition is balanced.

Great photograph of this Juvenile Eagle researching the shores on the low tide. His look at you is not to friendly, or he does not like to walk in the sea plants deposited his path.
Wonderful details and natural colors . Good placement of the bird within the frame.
Pat, such Wonderful presentation!

Pat,
A beautiful stop action picture of the juvenile Bald Eagle stepping on the beach as it touches down the stony beach with algae & fallen leaves adding splashes of color to the grey beach & sea beyond it. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques& sharp focus.

Hi Pat ... What a look of air superiority, confidence and courage on this juvenile.
Your camera settings have completely stopped the birds motion. Al key aspect of the bird are in top focus and sharpness. Lighting is adequate to bring up the fine details of this raptor. I am particularly impressed with the timing of the take - both feet are still in the air if only by a centimeter or two, excellent.
A very well imaged take on our nations national symbol ... Bob P. B-))

This is a very nice capture of this eagle and come to think of it I don't think I have ever seen one except on this site. By looking at this you can wonder if any thing has ever escaped those claws and if so they are real lucky. That beak you can tell it is definitely made for tearing things apart. I like how you have left him room to swoop in and try his luck at hunting. Once again thank you for sharing this and it might be the only way that I can see one. JackJr.

A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine and classical composition offers us an enjoyable view of the eagle and its location. Like the wing display. Colours, textures and tones are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely taken!
