Thank you kindly, artist friend endeavor. I wondered whether to shade the background around my image but your words made me glad I did not as the dress is busy. When looking into a full-length door mirror at the time, I did not want to include any background images. Thanks so much again.

I have never done a full body portrait of me. I grew sideways not up, always been a little tubby haha. May be one day we shall see. I did enter the portrait comp. now its over I can tell you but did the image with a touch of Andy Warhol style, sort of hid the wrinkles.

This is a well done drawing of your life-sized self! Your proportions are appropriate for your prespective. The details you put into your dress, the fabric and the pattern are well rendered. Your facial and expression is good. Although it looks like you're turn at an odd angle. Your shoulders and breasts seem to be a little too far left from the position of your hips. Your shading and details are well done. I still think that your cut out in photoshop leaves it looking flat. Your drawing is great, but you have taken away from its impact. I would suggest next time just drawing a little of the floor under your feet, just shading with the side of your pencil and adding their shadows...Very well done, all the best in the contest

Thank you. I suppose I was just focusing on the drawing as it was quite difficult to photograph. I had a little floor that I removed along with the shadows from the work. I don't know that I could do the life-size at this time, definitely not as fast. I took your suggestion regarding the Mums but probably don't have time for this one. Thanks. I did turn at an angle. Notice my pencil, or one of them I used in my hand. It had to be life sized and that was a challenge. Just did it as I saw, as I could. Appreciate your support.
