This Siberian Poppy is truly beautiful Allan, and I especially like the droplets and how lovely the light is falling on the bloom. It is also standing out from the softened background in an excellent way.
The photo is pin sharp and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen both in the petals and the stamens. The exposure is spot on.
I also like the way you have cropped the photo and the placement of the Poppy a bit off to the left. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This Poppy is lovely. How the pure white of the petals changed to pale yellow at the center is superb. The game of light and shadows at the petals is attractive. Your photo is perfect focused and exposed and has good depth. I enjoy the realism of color and light and the refinement of texture and detail. The flower has a good placement, left of center, within the frame. The photo is excellent composed. The composition is balanced.
