Wow! How many colors can you get on a duck? A lot! He is stunning! I love the beautiful white of the breast and undercarriage. It really help to show the beauty of the rest of the colors on his body. I don't think I have ever seen a Mandarin duck before.

This is such a lovely little duck and as usual your photo is spectacular. I have not been on FAR for it seems like a couple of years. It is good to see you are still here! I have emigrated back to the UK. I think this puts us in the same hemisphere!

Wow! ... the various colors and patterns of this duck is unbelievable. The colors are so bright and vibrant. The patterns are so random they remind me of my mothers scrap quilts. And there is so many variations in color patterns, I would stake there are no 2 alike.
To be forthright about this photo I had to look it up to see if this is real or some sort of decoy. Having never seen or heard of this duck before I had to be sure it is a duck and not some sort of extraterrestrial visitation.
Well I learned something new today, Merci beaucoup por partage ... Bob P
