I really like the look of the Sunflower. This was taken when the sun was going down. That lighting picks up the orange and yellow of the flower. The butterfly with its shadow is very interesting.

Actually a very nice capture. The sunflower is positioned in great part of the Frame on the left of center.
The capture of the Monarch shows you were patient and waited for the best in flight shot.

Well photographed with spot on focus, this image is sharp and clear, well defined detail in each of the yellow petals and in the sunflower center too. Perfect exposure, the colors and tones are natural. Well captured butterfly too. I like it's placement on the right .it's well focused, clear and beautiful to see! Love sunflowers and so do bees and butterflies. Your point of view for this one is great as it shows the flower from an angle and the addition of butterfly adds to impact. The edit gives it a painted look. Nice to view.

The butterfly is really nice and don't forget the fly (some type of insect) perched on one of the top yellow petals. The background is professional. The greens at the bottom corner are great, but the ones close to the sunflower not so much. If you could have omitted or blurred those, this would be perfect, deserving of a number higher than "6". Best wishes in the contest.
