I like your POV. The composition is intriguing. The solemnity of the landscape is impressive. How the trees frame the image is pleasant. Your photo has impressive depth and is excellent focused and exposed. I appreciate the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail. The landscape is perfect composed and framed. What a lovely and tranquil scene this is Chris. I would not at all mind sitting down on this bench contemplating the world. You have capture so well the fine shine and reflections in the water of the like, and it is so pretty with the yellow and white blossoms in the foreground. I also like how the trees on each side are working as a nice and natural framing.
The photo is sharp and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen all through the photo, and the exposure is spot on. I also appreciate the nice and natural colors.
The format and framing is perfect, and with the bench off to the right, it is a fine balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Great title for this image. It does indeed feel like Serenity. The composition is so lovely with the cloudy blue sky, the little bit of water and the trees and grass creating a bit of a frame for the bench. I found my eyes moving to the right at the little piece of what I am guessing is a dock or viewing platform. I think I would have cropped in on the right a little to eliminate that or, maybe clone it. That is a minor issue in an otherwise really lovely image. Best of luck in the contest.

This landscape is gorgeous: the blue sky with floating clouds; the blues and some greens water. Looks like fouls in a place or two. Then the bench adds to the serenity of it all. The two trees are framed well and the other foliage, trees in the distance is really nice as is the grass and flowers in the foreground. Outstanding to take it all in, capture it so well and of such a stunning subject. Is that a bridge with the white on the right corner.
