You had a special and beautiful cat who added much to your life. I am sorry you lost him, but glad you took pictures. I love the pose in this one. He looks regal and inquisitive. I like the background of flowers and can imagine him pouncing on a bug now and then. Perfectly focused, and nicely set in the frame. Great pic!

The red collar stands out nicely and makes a nice eye catching element.
The focus is sharp. The background is a bit bright and detracts from this wonderful cat. Just mention it because it is a contest entry.

This is a lovely photo of your sweet cat, I am sorry for your loss,I have lost three golden retrievers, and my beautiful buck Bullseye, that I loved as much as any of my dogs,I know how very hard it is to lose them. I'm glad you have a lot of photos and memories of him, sometimes they bring a smile to your face,other times a tear,if I'm not mistaken. I'm pretty soft-hearted, too, Jack, the more we love, the greater the grief we feel. I'm sorry I don't have any 6s left, cause this photo definitely deserves one, best wishes in the contest!

Very nice picture! I love him being in the clover which makes a great background.
I understand how anyone can be so attracted to a pet. I lave lost a lot of them and it is hard as it is losing a family member.
