This looks like That deer is going to follow the skull out of the snow. Those red eyes really make it look eerie. The shadows around the skull really bring it out . Thank you for sharing

This is a perfect entry for the contest , the buck skull adds such a unique element of interest as well a touch of eeriness is those red eyes! I like the way the snow has collected on the skull and the snowy background.
This is of course, well focused , the image s clear, exposure is correct, wintery colors and tones appear natural. Well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!

Wow, I am a person who is saving all kind of people and animals, but this picture is creating a sad moment to look at this animal, not knowing even if he /she was saved or died as your red created eyes and your description does not manage it

I am sorry this made you feel sad; I don?t like finding those that have died, I always say a prayer for them, hoping wherever they have gone they are happy and healthy and at peace. I am always trying to save animals,and unfortunately, my prayers were not enough to save one that I loved very much, and miss with all my heart. This deer skull,I believe ,is one I bought at a flea market. It my sound strange, but I do love the skulls I have collected,I try to memorialize their former owners in my photos and to show that they are still beautiful.

Your mixed media is fascinating. The scull has indeed a demonic look. Your photo has good depth, is perfect focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. I enjoy the sharpness of detail and texture. The white balance is perfect. The mixed media is excellent composed. The scull is expertly placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.
