I think this is a lovely entry into an night art contest, and I especially like the blue color you have used on the sky. It is a lovely sky with all the stars and the Milky way, and I like the way the light from it is falling on the top of the foreground hill. I also like the simplicity of this image.
The silhouetted trees are standing out sharp and well defined against the sky.
The format and framing is perfect, and with the trees off to the left, it is a fine balance in the composition. A lovely and well done digital painting, and I wish you luck with the contest.
