I find this a little fuzzy, yes we see the one but it doesnt really stick out when the other one behind is taking away from it, I know its hard to focus of both, but maybe I would have taken others to see If concentrating on one leaf would have been better

This is so beautiful. How wonderful to be able to have captured frost on these beautiful leaves. You captured a wonderful composition of these leaves. The colors are wonderful. Good selection for the contest with this macro photograph of a frozen leave.
Initially I thought it was a flower bloom. The colors and details are so nicely presented with the dark background

Yes I think you captured a good macro shot, although I am not a great photographer and go for what appeals to me and my little knowledge. This has a pleasing 'view' I can feel the cold frost that I can see on the forefront leaf. The back leaf is blurred but that is I think intentional so focus is on the front. The yellow colour coming through is subtle and goes well with the greyed background.
