I'm so happy to see Windmills on the water. I always see them away from the water. The bright white blade with the black is fantastic. This seems like a quaint ripple village or shop.

have seen these close-up and even went inside one which ws a working saw mill they are quite unique and as i understand it the dutch destroyed a lot until they saw the potential in them,so there would be even more now,nice photo this...Brian

This is just the way my mind's eye sees windmills, Super. it's nice to know Holland still has the wonderful structures! Very cool image of this charmer. Lighting is a little dark, but I love the image! :o) Nancy

A beautiful picture of this working Windmill in Holland. The white paint on it's sails, encircling the roof over the entrance, the posts supporting the roof & the electric green paint, on the roof & window frames draws your eye to the windmill surrounded by buildings under there red tiled roofs. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

The wind mills of Holland are wonderfully attractive. I was lucky to go there, amazing. This a great shot. The colors, aqua and orange come together nicely with the tan bricks.Very nice shot. Thanks for sharing.
