This beautiful old church in Crete really fits the requirements for the contest and best wishes in it. The cross is especially lovely perched up there against a beautiful blue sky. It and the top portion stand out so well. The shadows on the side are busy but it is still a fine capture.

Wonderful church of the warm Mediterranean region. The intimate and clean feeling of this small building is so nicely presented with the grass shadows and the pure blue sky matching the window colors on the church.
