Wow, such interesting landscape with beautiful fields and dramatic sky The clouds allowing the overcast light to take an excellent photograph.
The purple blooming plants seems to be supported with stakes which indicates it is unthanin flower of Largrstroemia, Pride of India tree, growing into long blooming sticks full of purple blooms; often used to create tunnels leading to the temples or create canopies for festivals.

I have no idea what the flowers are, but I love the sloping garden. The flowers and the skyline are gorgeous! I definitely would grab my camera to capture an image like this! Great POV. Love the serenity this creates within. Definitely a vision to enjoy! Thanks so much for posting! :o) Helvi

A beautiful picture of the field of Lavender in full bloom bathed in sunshine breaking through the clods floating overhead Framed by other flowers or herbs growing in the terraces down the hillside & the tree covered mountains in the distance The sun breaking through the ceiling of otherwise grey clouds above gives a area of golden light. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
