lotta headless birds around your area...must be near a government facility. Top secret means top secret..cant take chances on the birds either..might fly to Russia! lol. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this head hiding bird on the branch is great. the capture of the light is great. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

He does look headless! Those birds have grown on me. when I first saw one, I didn't think they were pretty. But when I see that beautiful pattern on the wings, I changed my mind. Great shot, catching the bird without the head!

As I've said before NONE of your Cormorants or Grey Herons are actually headless!! This Cormorant is busy preening it's breast. with it's back the sun glistening on it's plumage While highlighting the tree's branch the Cormorant is perched on. The blue sky creating a beautiful & contrasting backdrop . Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Haha, this one only has a black color and that is again special, as your chosen position shows us the perfect sections of this cormorant bird, and again he is sitting on the highest place of this white tree section, so all is special again as the black one has chosen a white tree, so your picture is again special and attractive for me - excellent result again, xoxo
