Hi LeeAnne, first of all I would love this eagle shot without it being framed. I do however love the natural frame you discovered. Love the sharpness of the shot and the lighting. I also love the way the eagle stands out from the background. It's an awesome shot! Congratulations on winning the contest. This shot fits it to a "T'! Sorry I don't have a six for you! :o) Nancy

A beautiful picture with a bird in such a different and special tree section that this creation is outstanding for me, and your angle and position is wonderful as you have chosen the special trinity where this bird is sitting in with a special white face while the rest of the body is in perfect harmony with this tree, a super presentation, and all the best of luck. for this contest, xoxo

This is indeed a nice framing of the bald eagle with its bright white head and lovely beak, sharp eye, and feathers against a beautiful, non-busy sky and with branches clearly organized, by nature, around is simply lovely. Best wishes in the contest.

you holler up to the eagle..."see any Russians? no? ok keep a look out!" lol..the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of the eagle sitting on the branch is great. the capture of the light is great. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

The branches make a perfect frame and this fits the contest's title nicely!
The eagle's eye looks like he is keep a keen watch out over his territory.
He stands out so nicely against the clear blue sky.
