A nicely composed image with very good detail in the dark plumage. He seems to be drying his feathers. I must admit that I am not a big fan of your "headless" series.

yeah they hang at freds house..makes easy to pluck and cook..dont have to worry about chopping of the head. lol..the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this wing spread headless looking bird on the branch is great. the capture of the light is great. the presentation is balanced and eye interesting to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

An interesting picture of the so called Headless Cormorant it's back towards you & it's wings outspread drying while it's head is hidden fro view but it's still there & it's eyes fixed below on any movement in the lake that might indicate food on the move! With the sunlight shining on it's wet plumage. & The branch it's perched on. The clear blue sky creating a beautiful contrasting backdrop. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

A wow bird again from a special position and it seems that you were again in a higher position, as this picture has a wonderful close up with a special content as he is sitting on a tree section which normally has to be organized from below, and this one is fantastic for me as his position looks like he is about to fly at any moment, a great content with a super blue heavenly color so this bird show us all the super sections by your super created picture, a wonderful result again, xoxo
