This is an interesting close-up shot. The angle from above allows the viewer a good observation of the back and the profile of the bird. I appreciate the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail. The photo is well composed. The bird has a good placement within the frame. The composition is balanced.

A beautiful White Breasted Nuthatch which does indeed appear that it is posing. The soft whie feathers, bright eye, bright blues and blacks make it pop even more on a plain, bus-like background that actually adds to its charm. Best wishes.
